Here's a few pics of my Tamiya Stug IV. Built more or less OTB, with only some brass plate additional armour, roots and gauze cammo. Comments welcome. I have also added some pics of my Bishop SPG into the Incoming fray. Again comments welcome.

I like the messy finish of the model, well done. Has it got the sawkopf mantlet? The camo net covers it up. Nice touch with the one shield trow on the side.

Thanks for the kind words. Yes it does have the "Sows ear" mantlet. Despite the cam net the gun maintains some degree of traverse. I was trying to create a weary, battle hardened look, but not the usual caked in mud appearance. The carrying basket on the rear is made of brass sheeting, glued and painted.

Hi, Wow! Super builds all the way around. Really like the Stug with all it's extra gear on back and the net across the top. Not to mention the tree branches put on to act as they are holding it all down in place. Looks really natural. Really good paint job on it as well. I see the doors are open on the Bishop, does it have any interior inside there?

Keep up the good work and take care, Sgirty

It does although it's a little basic. There's radios, ammo racks (I haven't put ammo in yet as it was really poor in the kit and I can't find an after market replacement), seats and of course the Tamiya carriage and breach assembly.

That Stug rocks! I like the way the gear is stored. Although the Bishop is one butt- ugly tank you did a nice job on it.
