I could swear that I've read that the Tamiya M113A2 Desert Version includes shocks for the second roadwheel to bring it up to A2 on a new sprue. Couldn't find a picture of that particular sprue on the PMMS review.

The sprue letter or a link to a picture of the sprue in question would be a great help.

Thanks,
Paul

Why would you look in PMMS review when there is my own review here on Armorama?...

Shocks (well, half-shocks actually as they are molded flat on one side to match those molded on the hull) are on the same sprue as all other new parts in the kit.
Here is the picture of the sprue:

Shocks are those two small parts between driver's head and side skirt.

I can see why Paul missed them.

Are those bilge pump outlets in the top left-hand corner, next to the seats?

Saw one of these cheap last weekend and now think I should have bought it after all

Probably heater vents. Only the rear bilge pump outlet stick out of the hull. The other one is on the side next to the driver.

Paul is right, these are heater vents. The rear bilge pump outlet is still just a bump on the surface of the upper hull plate in this kit, as it was in all old Tamiya M113s.
