Hi,
I'm building the Dragon JSU 122 but I encountered 2 problems.
The first one is the most stupid one: In the kit was a extra sheet applied with extra details and modifications of the tank but I lost it So if someone build this kit too and have this sheet, please can you make a scan for me?
Problem 2:
As you can see bought a Jordi Rubio barrel but it doesn't fit in the gun mantlet. So what can I do now? Besides, I never saw a SU 122 with this barrel. So is it the right one?
Please help me because I'm stuck

Jurjen- I found a few shots of the jsu-122/54 with that barrel:
try this new search engine-

Kicks Google's @$$!!!
Looks like the mantlet for this variant is completely different, not just a question of sawing off & drilling out the kit barrel...

Robert, the pic you provided shows a later prototype of the SPG on the T-55 chassis. It's not the one Jurjen has in mind.
This is the ISU-122 which is based on the IS-1 chassis
Jurjen, I don't know about the muzzle brake, it is absent in the pic I provided - may be you got the IS-2 barrel by mistake?
But for the barrel problem, you could get a Model Point barrel, it includes a resin mantlet
Model Point US
Hope this helps

The muzzle brake was used on the ISU-122s varient, have a look at the www.battlefield.ru.com site for further details of the actual gun type and mantlet used as some variations were developed and disgarded although the 'S' varient saw service.
Hope this is of some use,

Thanks for the replies,
So I just bought the wrong barrel? That mean I have to buy a JS II
In the kit was an extra sheet, like Tamiya's extra info on the tank. Do you know what I mean? It was just a paper with some extra info on it. Like some close-up pictures.
It was Dragon Kit NO.6013.
Ps. I searched on the net for some info for this kit but am I right when I say this kit is very rare?
Thanks all
