At the moment you have only one choice: Tamiya's kit #35042.
In the near future will be Academy's kit new release. :-) ...just not soon enough! I want one now.

thanks, but i thought that academy had a stuart, but im not sure what model it was.

As of now WarM., Academy does have the British M3 Stuart "Honey" out now!
