that looks super...don't you just hate to cover all that up. I assembled my interior and painted it, but not superdetailed it out. I did work up turret interior and weather it because the turret top on mine set down real well without gluing. I did that innterior Tiger 1 kit of theirs and left it all able to be opened up and viewed. Couldn't use it for anything other than display though so I built the Tamiya for a diorama.

Awesome weathering job on the interior. It's a shame to hide it. Can't wait to see the finished product.

Yes - the interior doesn't make a lot of sense though... ..Jim

Cant believe you have all the hatches closed Jim, when there is an interior. The glimpses through the hatches always attracts closer inspection. I kept all hatches open on my hellcat for that reson .... built OOB also,so it gives somethingto see through the hatches.
It looks great but seems totally pointless now!

Nexy.. The Academy Stuarts are a great bang for the buck!!!.. low price. .interior.. choice of tracks.. goes together nicely..
AFV has nicer detail, metal barrel, a lil etch.. but costs a lot more...
Both are great choices though, depending on your needs..

Good job, I really like the weathering and the way in which you have picked out the detail with washes and dry brushing.

Jim,
I really like the look of this stuart I think your highlighting is really effective.
Where abouts is your stowage from?

Next time yu guys do a tank with full interior, try this method. I took Academys Tiger 1 and made clear castings of the hull top and turret top. That way everyone can see the interior and the figures that I put in there and you can still put it in a dio setting. :-)
