I am having a little trouble with the DML German tank antenna set.
The instructions say to paint the actual antennae portion steel (Gunze 18) but this doesn't seem right to me.
Looking through the galleries on several sites I see several diferent colors.
Body color, black/dk grey, dk yellow.

I'm putting the finishing touches on an all yellow 250 Neu and want the visual contrast of an antennae other than the body color.

Thoughts?

Hi Mike,

I mostly paint mine black with a silver drybrush and some pigments to simulate dust.

Although I've also painted some in the vehicle colour with black or copper chipping.
