......to get scratch marks ?Not the kind that would go right down to the bare metal,just the ones that kinda scuff the surface a bit...just enough to notice.

you take a hair off your paint brush dip it in your tanks base color and scuff it around. thats what i do. and it looks pretty good.

I use one of those stiff bristled paintbrushes, the sort that comes with cheap gift sets. I cut the bristles off to a short stump, dip it in the paint, wipe of all the excess (and most of the paint) and, rub it on a piece of kitchen towel so there really is very little on the brush, then rub firmly over the raised edges on the model, or the floor panel areas with most wear. Less really is more when doing this!!
