Hello Gents
I have been looking for informations on markings of
s.Pz.Abt. 506 Befehlstiger I's during the winter of 43-44.
I was able to find a few images from well know books
like "Tigers on the Eastern Front"(pic 3) and "Panzer Color III"(pic 1,2).
Now, according to "Tigers in Combat I", the 3 befehlstigers from
staff comany were supposed to carry callsigns 01, 02, 03.

This image shows Tiger "11" from either 2nd or 3rd company.
What is interesting is that the befehlstiger on the right has
turret callsign "C".

I suspect that the 3 staff befehlstigers might have carried
callsigns "A, B, C" instead of "01, 02, 03."
Here's a possible candidate for a befehlstiger from staff company.
Unfortunately, the callsign is not visible (what's new?).

Does anyone here know if there's more photographic images to
prove whether its "A, B, C" or "01, 02, 03"???

Looking forward to hearing from you guys...
