i can never get into this sites "chatter boxes" , first i sign in then i press the "the mess hall" button and it tells me "A user by the name Sohcahtoa was found in The Mess Hall already with the same IP address as you.
The user tables are cleared after 180 seconds when you will be able to re-enter."

so i wait the 180 seconds and it tells me the same message, what am i doing wrong?

Hmm...Well first off that module/program has always been a bit buggy. But it's the only one that will display users on the site "while" they are chatting and that's primarily what people wanted.

What OS and browser are you using. Mac users don't seem to have much luck for instance.

Also check your security settings in IE (if that's what your using) make sure the cache setting is set to "automatically check for new pages". Or something to that effect.

Other than that your's is the first report with those particulars.

Is anyone else having this issue??

I only get that message when I get booted and try to go back in. But after 180 secs, it works fine.

Same here mine is 4 or 5 attempts but my settings are high to keep unwanted things out of drive
