Well, that is the trick, isn't it? No color photos of green Tigers exist. If you check the forums at Missing-Lynx and WW2Modelmaker.com you will find lots of discussion on this point.
I had an Irish gentleman who was there tell me that he definitely saw dark green Tigers, and his unit was involved in some way with the capture of the Bovington Tiger, #131 in North Africa. This Tiger was a 504, not a 501rst like yours, but he mentioned that they fought both units.
I think it looks fine. Very nice job on the build as well, keep going...
HTH, although I know it doesn't...

Looks good so far, looking at the references i have there is still a debate on whether the tigers were painted olive green or not. The most recent book i have (10 p.d by restayn and moller from jjfedorowicz)has a colour plate of one of these ex 501 tigers and it is shown in a very dark looking dark yellow colour that does look to have some green mixed into it, so maybe they were painted in dark yellow/ desert brown mixed with green hence the unusual resultant tone.
Yours does look a pretty good match so far, weathering may change that, maybe just start with a subtle overspray of dark yellow to simulate paint fade, a pin wash around the details then just pastels to finish.
You planning a dio for this?, would be good to see it if it is.
