No - no secret. I just changed what, when, and how I upload information to my site. After years of 'encounters' of what I now call 'stalkers' I don't upload much of my in-progress items. I've had persons demand that I hurry and complete certain items - for their personal use! It's amazing the gall some seem to have over e-mail. I get a lot of these e-mails in the Spam Blocker. Kinda weird - like I need to build a Panic Room in a corner of my workshop. Some have literally lifted information and pics from my site, published them, and called them their own - without even crediting me. Gun truck conversion methods, pictures of atomic weapon systems that took me years to get the rights to, it goes on and on sadly. I guess it's the feeling of the Internet being public domain that empowers these people...

"Invader" will go up with several gun trucks I'm working on - but when the models are complete or near-completion. Now I only post in-progress items on sites I'm comfortable with, like Armorama.

I have had this happened to me also. I have found that some have even used the completed photo of a model and claimed it as their own work. I am working on a few projects also and will post some photos here soon.

The Invader is one that I am looking forward to seeing for sure. I have seen a couple of these type of gun trucks in Nam. Besides I need a "Gunnie fix".

Today is my 40th Birthday. I moved Heaven and Earth (slightly) to make sure I had a free weekend. Right now, I'm happily surrounded by five gun truck miniatures in-progress and painting my M1A2 Abrams SEP conversion. My wife got me that big old Revell 1:72 scale U-Boat and it's taking up real estate in one corner of my workshop begging for attention. She's feeding me, buying me beer, and generally leaving me alone to play...

My plan is to ravage plastic all weekend while it storms outside...
