I have turned back on forum subscriptions (new topics send out a notification email) for forums with ID numbers higher than 11. This means some of the primary forums still cannot access this feature (for performance reasons) but some of the smaller forums can. So if you want to subscribe to Truck'orama or the Militaria forum you can do so now and it will work.
