I'm primarily a figure modeler this is my first real big dio. I generally work in 120mm but decided to try my hand at 1/35th. This started out as maybe 4 figures and the italeri aid station. It grew to 24 figures (verlinden, DML, Ultracast, warriors and resicast) Most of the figures are modified in some way except for the resicast figures. The barn and well are verlinden and the farm animals are from Tamiya's old farm animals kit.
Cheers

Hi There,
Trees - a friend of mine has this bush outside of his house and the small branches look like small trees, i filled a plastic bag with parsley, used a spray glue on the trees then put them in the bag, shook the bag and pulled the tree out. I then sprayed the tree with the same glue to seal the parsley. For the bigger tree I had to do this twice.
Cheers

NICE - the transition from 120 to 1/35 and small to large was a good one. Well done, nice composition and good detail everywhere, no 'dead spots' excuse the pun (not intended).
My only two minor suggestions for next time are to add a decorative trim around the outside edge to make it 'pop'. Also, to not make everything parallel to the sides. If there are angles the eye flows over it a bit easier.
Great job I like it- it's something you can be proud of.

Thanks very much for the comments, I appreciate it. Slodder as an after thought I agree with what your saying. It seemed everyday I was working on this something new came to mind and I tried it. The final addition was the barn and I'm thinking I may do something inside yet, maybe a field operation room? Its still growing on me.

I did try that ones few month ago but i must have not put enough glue to seal the parsley because when it dry ( the parsley ) it look very dry green not so nice for a trie to have 2 different color is OK but one green one brown green not really, so you did a much better job than I so and congratulation with the very good work you've done
