sorry about the last post guys. I had forgotten the link and had problems finding it. Anyway, here's the post again with the link:
I would like to know where he got the pictures to build this model. Anyone know which country has this type of armor? I've been searching the net but havn't been able to find a picture of it. The model carries the us star but I don't recall the us ever having such a thing. I would really like to built one.

well he sure has done a pretty good job of it. It can't be that far fetched, now can it? Armors do get updated, don't they? But I'll still love to build one.

I was looking closely at the vulcan model on the site and thought it was simuliar to the 163 Machbeth. Isn't it true that the original is a modified Zelda variant? If so then that variant is still close to the family of m113's. I e-mailed the guy(who by the way is named Charles) and ask for more info on the materials he used. So I hope to get some soon. That Zelda remake of the communication vehicle looks really good. He must have one heck of an imagination.

It's not even an American star. The one on the model has six points instead of five. Fictional, all right........

Yep, Nic, I made the same observation and was a bit confused, and it was not an Isreal star either, because it's tilted to a side.
Nevertheless, nice looking stuff though. I like the Naval gun

Well, well, well. Thanks for your interest Diesel. For all those that are wondering about the models on my site then read this:
I wanted to make the models I've seen on many wonderful sites to look as good as the ones I saw. Not only show-worthy but beyond the originality of the prototype. I wanted to add something that would place it into it's own catagory, thus-by, starting a whole new gender. The additions or conversions of these models are not impossible to imagine; changing it's original characteristics to convey something other than it's original purpose, is definately not incomprehensible. Not all of the models characteristics on this site have been changed; Significately or insignificately. Some models have been scratchbuilt using real life models as a starting point
and giving it a name centered around the original or prototype models. Others have been kit-bashed. I don't really divert from the prototype to such an extend that it is difficult to comprehend. I consider this an upgrade to what could be a vital improvement to the system.
Not only do I have a model which is original but probably the only one in existence. Most experience modelers would not agree with my modeling tactics but this is a hobby for all to do with axactly the way one sees fit.
I simply wanted to take the models
'one step further ' - Hence the title.
So there you have it.
Right now, I'm working on some other designs using the original or should I say the "prototype" as the base. Will let you know when it's done.

Hi there plasticbattle. Thanks for the backup. No, I'm not a member of the Stockholm IPMS. They probably won't except me due to my freakish building (just kidding ). A link to my site you say. That was nice of them.
To Marcel Kolsteeg : That's true, most people(or maybe everyone) try to duplicate the original thing. That's why I wanted something a little different. But again. What we don't see doesn't mean it doesn't exsist. I think my versions shouldn't be taken too fictional. Remember the last pic I'd sent you with a M730 Chapparral? Well, something like that can be closely related to my version, just with different missile setups.
BTW, thanks for the small encouragement.
Oh yeah, about the star symbol. I just realized it was the wrong one. Oh well sue me
