Hi guys, I finally finished my dio of a Panzer mk III ausf K command tank of the 12th Panzer divison somewhere on the Eastern front. The DML kit was fun to put together and had few problems. Figures are all from various DML kits except for the dead sniper thats a verlinden. let me know what you think.

very good dio waterboy! I do think the dead body needs more snow covered over him. but it really depends if it was a body that was just killed or has been there for a while. If he has been there for a while then cover half of his body with snow or somthing. I have seen the aftermath of stalingrad on the history channel. All the bodies are covered in snow the only thing that is sticking out is maybe a foot or a hand. But since you did a good painting on the dead figure just cover him up a little more. Also around the edges of the dead figure put more snow so it makes it look like hes been lying there and he fell with a force. Think of it as a snow-angel. lol. Great dio.

what did you use for the snow? the only snow i've seen on a diorama was talcum powder, and this has a sort of clumped-together texture, like snow ideal for snowballs. The snow you have is a lot fluffier. what did you use?

Hey Don,
Very nice dio you've made!! I like the general setup a lot, you can allmost feel the panic of the German soldiers.
The snow is very convincing, what did you use for it? There's only one small nittpicking thingie: The position of the sniper....I think it would be more logical if he was lying much closer the the ruined building, 'cos snipers allways operated under full cover.
But hey, that's just my opinion!!
Great work, John.
