If there any way to get acrylics and enamels to mix? I have tried and the enamel just floats around in the acrylic. Is there anyone to fix that, or am I just not good at mixing paint?

I don't think you could ever get these two completely different mediums to mix together to form a new colour, if that is what you are saying. I wouldn't even recommend mixing different brands of enamels or acrylics together, but I have heard of that being done.

got to agree with Folgore , I wouldn't try to cross mix paint types. This may cause bublingor peeeling later on requiring repainting try to stick with one type and if possible one brand for each layer at least.
