You drop out of a campaign or just not finish the dio or whatever your building by the deadline?

you dont get the ribbon if you drop out. but i'm sure they'll be a lil leneant if your really close to being finished and being past the deadline. i know they gave me a "waiver"because i cant prove i have the models ( i dont have a digi camera yet)....
