I'm building the Academy M51 basically OOB. I plan on improving several area and have a question about the light over the main gun. Does this light have a lens or is it just an open reflector. None of the photos I have show this area clear enough to tell.

yes there is a lens , I'm not sure which but one of ht emanufacturers includes it in the kit. Just as a note this spotlight was also used on other vehicles like halftracks and even BTR52s
