I will have to update the rank insignia when I can find a good image of it. I could have sworn they were the same, but I guess not. The image of Yoda is from a SW comic and I put the lightsaber in front of him to dress it up.

I think it will take quite many posts before becoming a Jedi Master...I´d suggest something like 100.000 posts and that you have an apprentice at the time. Sounds reasonable to me.
