After being out of the building realm for awhile, I figured I needed some instant plastic gratification before starting some of the big kits that I have in the works. I built and had this one painted and weathered in a couple of evenings. Can't wait to show some of my larger more detailed work later.
My camera isn't very good at close-ups so some of the weathering, such as the worn steel on the tracks gets lost, but you will get the idea. I was limited to the poor quality and lack of detail in the kit, but it still let me get my feet wet again. I wanted a very subtle appearance to the camo to show through the dust to get that well used look. The decals in the kit are poor quality so I haven't decided wether or not to use them. Figures to come later. Let me know what you think.
