Hi all

I don't know if this is the right place to post this or not, but I figure its close enough. The last several times I've posted on this site, my postings tend to disappear rather quickly, many times before they have a chance to get a reply. It happen again last night. I posted a question on the armor page at around
10:30pm local time. I just went to check it this morning [6:00 am] and its gone. I don't post to often, and the post are more often than not topic related, so I don't understand the reason for them being shuffled into storage so quickly. I don't like to complain. I've been a member for a little over a year, and have enjoyed the site and it's members a great deal. That is one reason I've waited so long to address this problem. But seeing questions that I really do need answered disappear, while an off topic rant sits on the page for days seems a little strange. If I've unknowingly offended the powers that be or anyone else for that matter I apologize. If there is some kind of other problem, I'm easy going enough to tlak about it. I really hope someone can get back to me about this. If you would rather not post it here, you can either pm me or my e-mail address is
[email protected] I hope there is no problem that it's just me being a little paranoid.

As a rule, we (the moderators and Staff_Jim) do not delete posts without a discussion in the Staff Only forum (you don't see this forum).

If the discussion is getting rather heated, we will lock a topic (prevents replies) and then have Jim handle it.

The moderators will move your post if it happens to belong in another forum. I noticed that a post begun in Armor about eBay names got quickly moved to General Modeling.

The only time posts are deleted quickly is when a person posts the same question twice by accident or when a person cross-posts (posts the exact same question in multiple forums, considered bad netiquette and spamming).

Hi Harry,

Just to see if are talking correct here...

Do your posts disappear out of the forums or just out of the "latest post" list?

Because, I can't recollect that you ever posted any "wrong" posts...

Depending on how active the site is on any given day and if there are nay replies, your post can move down the line and off the first page pretty quickly. You can go to your profile and see if your posts are still listed, I believe.

Hi guys

Thanks for getting back to me on this. The medic post was one of the post I was talking about. I may have missed it this morning . I'm real sorry for that. Thanks guys for taking a second to explain this to me. I guess I was being a little paranoid.

Thanks again

Remember, just because you're paranoid doesn't mean they're not out to get you.

Why did you tell him that? Now it will be that much harder to get him according to our plan
