Am looking for some refrence on the Tiger II late octopus paint scheme.done a few googles,but it has not come up with much.i just want to know the colour of the base coat,as its a strange green/blue colour.am going to start off painting it dark yellow,then masking it off where i want the yellow camo to be,then do the base coat over the dark yellow.some modellers do it the other way round.but before i start i need the base coat colour,any help?.many Thanks

Do you have the modllers guide to the Tiger tank?
if not you can order it from Historex agents here in the UK for £20 it's a book you'll find very useful due to your perverse tiger fetish :-) anyway in the book there is a KT2 with the octopus patteren and what colours they used on it I can scan you a copy of the article later
