Hi Beth ...Quite the question you have there...I think the best thing to do is to deside on which front and which Abteilung you want to build it in and then we can narrow it down...You can have everything from plain dark yellow ,all the way to a heavy three color camo scheme ,each Each Abteilung or Kompanie were quite distinguishable one from another ,either by paint job or by numbering system. Let me know when and where and I'm sure I can help you out.

Beth
start out with Panzer yellow over the entire tank (except for your tracks, tow cables and tools. From there you've got tons of options depending on where, time of year, and year. You can go with green cammo, dark brown cammo, red-brown, or even leave it plain or white wash it white for a winter. I am not exactly sure, but you might even have a three color option as well. Take the time to pick up some reference books. Squadron Signal produced a 3 volume set called Panzer colors. Get the first one at least and this will give you tons of info . All three are excellent.

All of the above, I also beleive if you wanted to you could pull of the "Ambush scheme" for Tigers in Normandy. Tri-color Dark Yellow-Rotbraun-Lichtgrun is definitely an option.
