Moooooooo!
I just found these two beauties in the toy store. Price: 1 euro a piece!
The scale seems to be something like 1:20 -1:35 but you really canīt tell because theyīre cows and their size varies a lot. Anyway itīs close enough.
Iīm gonna scratchbuild a super detailed cow using these as a base. It will take some time before I get to the sculpting but Iīd really like to hear if you have some ideas or tips what to do with it. Like fur, tail, hair...
MooMOOOOO!

I have found a similar bargain at the DOLLAR STORE in the nearby mall... they sell a BAG full of animals in 1:36 (not 35th!) scale... I use them straight out of the bag... I remove the seamlines, and then base prime coat and repaint with my airbrush. Cows, horses, chickens, pigs, and dogs... man what a bargain!

That method is certainly a lot cheaper than getting Verlinden's cows. I'd like to see how they turn out, Toni. Do you have any dios in the gallery using these animals, Keith?

Keith, you asked about inserting pictures in a post.
First I uploaded the cow pic in my armorama MSN gallery. Then I clicked the thumbnail to get the full-size view. Right-clicking the pic gives options menu. Select Properties. There you can see the code for the pic. Select the URL, copy it, go to your post message, click [img] and paste the code between the tags.
Voila, itīs there!
