Well I am entering again the world of softskins!!

Just received this kit. I buy alot from Ebay but I got burned on this one. Thought I got a deal until I found it online for 6 bucks cheaper! Oh Well, it will still be a fun build.

Here is the Krupp description
This vehicle was popularly known as the 'Boxer' because it had an air-cooled flat-four square engine. This in turn allowed a flat sloping engine cover of quite unmistakable shape which also gave excellent forward visibility and a low silhouette. The Krupp 'Boxer' was quite ubiquitous in application and the chassis carried body work for a considerable number of different roles. Aside from its air-cooled engine, the 'Boxer' also had an all-independent suspension system, differing from the conventional springing systems of other six-wheelers in German service.

Here is the box top.

Funny thing. The kit had been opened and some of the parts were off of the sprues, so I meticulously checked to make sure everything was there. It was and then some! There is some extra ordinance and sandbags and misc. stowage for the rear of the vehicle so I guess the few extra bucks was worthwhile. UI will probably scratch some of the stowage items I have planned for this one though.

Hello Bowjunkie,
Yes I agree with Roo,you will enjoy building
the Krupp Protze,it lends itself very well to extra detailing and is great in diorama situations.
Here`s a couple of pics of the one I did to help feed your creative ideas.

Hope these give you some ideas.

Wow!! I love it! Your standard will be hard to live up to, Thanks for making my life tougher!! :-)

Just Kidding. Yours looks great and I Love how you added all the extra stowage. That makes a HUGE difference. So how much of the stowage did you scratch out?

Maybe just a few boxes underneath towards the front
to get the smaller German stowage up to have a full cargo. The rest is from Verlinden and Italeri and Tamiya.
