No not yet Jeff.
I too am waiting a couple more detail sets. Should be here next week.
There's a thread here on site that has several tips for building her but, the search feature is not working, so...I can't find it now.

Jeff---I built mine OOB. Beautiful, intricate kit. I found the only difficult part to be attaching the cab to the chassis. It is difficult to align. Shame that a bulk of the time consuming work spent of the interior of the cab is covered, but that's modeling.
Good luck
I know 19K disocvered several superb websites that materially assist building. Also, see Gunnie's website. I downloaded his article and used it as a guide.

Oh so far Ken I have the two exterior sets for the tractor and trailer plus the interior set on order how about decals Tamiyas any good or Are going for the archer or something along those lines? . One more thing good thing about Eduard at least you can download the instuctions print them out and have a look before building so the study factor is cool. whats taking you so long in their fall in or what is all the ole lady has been saying out me lately

Check out the May 1999 Fine Scale Modeler. It has a review with a few things to watch out for.

AJ--the MMiR issue on the DW is also a great run down on what to expect.....takes time, but very worthwhile.

Ken--great run down. Mark did a spectacular job on his DW. He is also a great guy to buy models from. I am surprised that Jeff got PE for the DW. Man, it had enough to keep me busy for almost three months.

But Colonel DJ you should see the Pe for this thing it is really nice I mean really nice kind of makes you not even want to use it just sit around and look at it nice . Actually I thought I wasn't going to get it but as a one time model what the heck might as well put it on their and the best thing after studying the instructions most can be used for a change not to many left over little part deals at least we hope. Okay Colonel DJ did you use the decals from the kit or were they too thick ? I was thinking about Archer dry transfers. I might check to see if it comes with express mask as I have not read all of them.
Thanks again
DJ
whats next for you the Famo with trailer and Pe which on that baby costs more then the model

Obviously, you men have money to spend on these luxuries....Amigo, as for the decals. I used the issued set. I have a Sherman with 12 AD marking which I wish to place on the trailer (which is really cool) so I used them. No problem. Base with Future wax, Solvaset, then dull coat. The Babe came out really nice! Gunnie was willing to send me his extra set of decals in case I messed up the Babe. He may still have them. This is a great model and I know you will enjoy putting her together.
