Hi Guys
I came across this pic recently
Panther & Dragon Wagon
and was wondering if the panther was the one captured and used by US forces in Italy called "Deserter"??
TIA

Have a look at the footnote in this article on the more famous Panther capture Cuckoo

Thank you for sharing David!!
What an amazing "remake in scale!"...
But without beeing to picky, the crew uniform should be of another colour or is it just me??

The crew men are wearing the 'Pixie' suit, which was a sandy brown colour, much paler than the usual British khaki uniforms.

Aaah Cuckoo
I love the Overloon-Venray story, for all who haven't heard of it before, you should read this article (the Overloon story starts at half of the page, after the Market Garden story)
Stormbringer, were you looking for reference images for the Mud, Sweat and Gears campaign ? :-)

My apologies guys, I thought Deserter was captured and used by US forces. Thanks David for correcting my mistake.
Martin, I'm actually looking for pics/ references for Deserter as I intend building Cuckoo anyway and would like to do Deserter as well.

The one in the picture looks pretty beat up. Maybe the Americans were taking it back to the shop to fix it up? Or it could be post war cleanup.

Don't think the 50 would be mounted if it were post war. JMO
