I have practically given up the idea of ordering ModelMaster #4720 (Sand FS33531) acrylic paint online, as I live in France and ordering this kind of stuff from the US is impossible (something to do with paint components and airmail regulations). I've been told that Gunze H313 Yellow is a close match : is this really true ? I

Why don't you use Revell, Vallejo or Humbrol? Those are the easeast to get in europe.

In fact, I have an opportunity to order Gunze paint, that's all ! AFAIK there's no matching colour in Vallejo range, as well as in the Revell range, and the only matching reference I have found in Humbrol range is for an enamel paint (Pale Stone HU121)...
