If they are any use to anybody I have some spare sets of Dragon individual link tracks - either trade or just pay the postage.
3 complete packs for Firefly/M4A4, plus one pack that appears to be chevron pads only, no end connectors.

Hey Dave,
What do you want to trade for, or have you got any clue how much the postage to Holland might be?
Greetz, John.

Airmail to Holland would be £8 sterling, or £6 surface ( the tracks fill a box left over from the Academy M12!). As a trade - I hadn't really anything in mind, but could do with a GMC or CMP Chev truck for a project I have in mind - an old busted kit/model would do as it's going to be pretty much scratchbuilt.
I have a whole Tiger Tank kit box full of Sherman parts - are there any other parts you need?

Correction - £5 airmail, £3.50 surface - mis-read the scales!

Ok John, my pm is on it's way to you - the tracks are yours, together with anything else sherman I can get in the box.

If you are getting rid of those horrible Dragon tracks for the Firefly what did you use to replace them if I may ask.
Cheers
Kevin

In one case I used the AFV Club vinyl tracks, and on the other two I used Accurate Armour resin tracks. The AFV Club tracks are on my Guards Armoured Division Firefly, and the AA resin units are on the Sherman Crab and Sherman II (4th Armoured Div) - pics in the 'One of our tanks' campaign gallery.
The AA tracks are so easy to use it just ain't true - glue one end behind the sprocket, work back along the top, then use a hair-dryer to heat and bend them around the sprocket and idler, fill the gap at the bottom and that's it! So much easier than spending hours going blind trying to get those indi-links together. :-)

Imhave so many sets of Dragon tracks that I just use them as spare applique armor on many of my latest Shermans/Priests/etc.
Many of those Canadian tankers just seem to love covering up every square inch of their hulls with tracks.

Beleive me Alan, I still have enough part tracks around for that purpose, I just thought that complete sets, still bagged, could end up on someone elses model where I'd end up getting fed up with moving them every time I went into my spares box and chucked'em in the bin!
