Here are some pictures of the progress of my Battle of the Bulge diorama. With all of the holiday hustle and bustle I did not get it finished for my local club's December group build. I am hoping to have it done by the meeting in January.
I spotted for the first time with these pictures the outline of the decal paper on the Panzer IV. The camera reveals all I guess.
Comments are always welcome.

Very good so far. A bit of pastels may take care of the decal paper.
Not sure if its the photo, the left side of the building is coming off very mono-tone.
Can't wait to see the finished product.

And the anticipation builds. Keith your figures turned out great can't wait to see them in the dio , I think the star of this will be the energy coming off the figures.

WOW, I am yet thrilled with your facial details... I have painted about 7 figures since the last time weve talked. Some faces are ok, and some I absolutley cant stand! Please PM me, so we can have a formal talk of facial painting... Great job, keep us posted on the groundwork.

Well i think u re in a very good way . Finishing the figures for a dio always reliefs me !!!!!! buildings and groundwork are always more fun for me. I like ur tank and ur figures a lot.
The building i presume is not finished yet, cause as Scott said will be needeing some treatment on the wall surfaces to look a bit more interesting .
I think that this will be a very very nice dio
Costas

Thanks for all the positive comments.
About the house, the picture has altered the appearance quite a bit as there is definite color variation in the brick work. I will also try to pastel/pigment over that decal outline.
Jay and Shain: Here are the figures in order of appearance of picture: Warriors 35060; Warriors 35059; Michael Roberts 54-006; Nemrod 35040; Warriors 35259 and Verlinden 1711.
Harrison: I will be happy to help in any way I can.

mr middleton,
your figure painting skills are exceptional, and the vehicle and building are coming along nicely too
what paints do you use for your figures, the colours look very realistic
regards
joe

Hi Joe:
Have not heard from you in a while. I hope all is well with you. In answer to your questions: I use Modelmaster Acrylic, PollyScale Acrylic, and some craft paints for the uniforms. If you want the specific colors, let me know and I will get them from my notes and send them to you. The flesh and washes are done with oils. I also do a final flat coat using Modelmaster Acrylic Flat.
