Leaf springs on the roadwheels...whats the year make on this vehicle? And do i see some scratchbuilding on this kit?...very interesting... (:-)

Hi Kevin,

It's a Chenillette Lorraine 37L used as artillery tractor in a fisrt time and as troup carrier in a second time.
Most of them where captured by german forces during the Campaign of France ( may 1940) and used as self propeller Gun.

Yes you've seen some scratchbuilding. All inside the pilot's post is made in plastic card , copper wire and so on. A lot of rivets were also added and some other details.
Now, I just have to "play" with the Friul tracks !!!

well i remember an old rock song named "Sweet Loraine" from Uriah Heep !!!! and this one is coming out nicely and sweet also !!! some careful weathering will make it like a beauty in ur collection
