Scratch built my 55gallon wading trunks months ago but never got around to weathering her. Here it is.

I am also looking for a name for this tank. I understand they selected names that began with the same first letter as their company. How many alphabets deep do they go? A, B, C.... L?

Yes Zod it will be a Marine wader. The sandbags are standard Tamiya ones that are supposed to be 1/35. Also the bags need to be weathered

Now that's nice.

Didn't know they did field mods like that. You learn something new everyday in this hobby. Looks pretty sharp.

Great work

I think I'm going to use a knife to chip some of the wood panel and paint it wood to simulate some wear and tear. I don't think a tank could be loaded and unloaded off a landing craft, drive through a combat zone hazards, bullets and shells whizzing around and men climbing in and out all day without getting a small ding in the wooden panels. What do you think?

Looks great. I agree that the sand bags look oversized, almost like king size pillows. I don't know about WW2 sand bag sizes, but modern sandbags are about the size of a small travel pillow and are quite heavy when full.
