If you would of read it, I said move the gun and shield back, and fill in the hole, and build up the back, and it is the closest thing to it. I did not say that was it.

Slug was just pointing a picture of a Marder 3 that is all he done, it just happens to be the wrong one, but I've been a real long time looking, cause I have this very same model from Italeri that Selrach has, and I was never able to find the real one to it.

I think your build looks great. As far as the cammo, Their cammo varied so much patteren wise no one can say weather it is right or wrong because not all tanks and assult guns are pictured in a book. As for the shell casings being too bright, brass casings are bright until you fire them then they tarnish and discolor.

To Straightedge: But why would anyone want to deliberately change the appearance of this vehicle by moving the gun and shield back, and building up the rear? It's already correct as it is, except for the somewhat bare interior. ' Marder III And Grille' by MBI publications have 6 pages of description , photographs, and diagrams of this vehicle - Panzerjager 38 (t), Sd. Kfz. 138 Aus. H and K. Also codenamed ' Siegmar' . There are also some pics of knocked-out ones in Operation Cobra, Osprey Campaign Series.

ON the other hand, your description of the differences and changes to make the H model appear like the M is quite correct.
