Luckily I deleted myself from your "hide user" data today or you would not have even seen this reply. I assumed that you added me unintentionally.

We had a couple of users from the UK (and one elsewhere) that were having similar troubles. I think it was determined that in a couple of instances they had upgraded to Windows XP Service Pack 2 and this was causing issues. And in one case it was AOLs internal browser that was causing the problem.

You better describe your setup further if this is not ringing any bells.
