It is a very nice kit.
I reviewed it on Track-Link.
Although the instructions don't say, there are all the right parts for the Panther D (twin headlights etc.). The only real problem is that there are 4 knockout pin marks on each link of the track, and the new sprues for the Panther D have some ejector pin marks on pieces. That said, I gather the ones on the wheels are hidden when it's built.
