Does anyone know if the Swingfires on a Striker fire in any sequence like starting from the left tube and going right. Also, I assume the rear panel blows out as well when it launches.

It's hard to find any good shots of this vehicle. Especially ones in action.

I don't know about the sequence of fire, but as far as I can remember the back panel in the missile bay stays intact when firing.

The backside is not completely shut, the panel is welded to the underside of the missile rack, so you get a upside-down U shape..
