Due to the unavailability at the only model shop in town and the restrictions against sending flammable substances through the postal system I have run out of Humbrol Clear Flat. I even told the guy at the store I would buy a whole box of the stuff if he would order it.
I was wondering if there is a good acrylic substitute, who makes it, how do others prepare it for airbrushing, and what is the best on-line supplier.
Please Help!! I have 3 finished highly shined tanks waiting.

Mark,
Is that Humbrol 49 matt varnish?. If so, Model Expo shows it on their website.
Or you can try to find Polyscale clear flat. That is the flattest, IMHO.

Yes it is, but they won't send it to me because I'm in the military living overseas and they can't send it through the mail.
