Hi all thanks for the feed back
The moss is the kind used for railways i just built it up with pva and sprinkeld dry used tea leaves.
As i said on last post the banks were covered in plaster of paris applied with an artist palet knife it was done roughly which then gives a great texture which then lends itself to rocks etc, as you can see from the river bed.
There will be all sorts of different grasses reeds and small flowers the log that will be in the stream i have treated with a clear preservative but the part that will be in the resin i have painted with a color wood treatment that will that effect of the water creaping up the wood.
I will put an animmal in either a beaver or an otter perhaps leaving the water on the othr bank and looking back at the trapper lets have a vote beaver or otter.
Of course there will be some blue birds morming doves ,a deer rabbits and Burl Ives Singing "Zippidy Do Da" lol lol hope you enjoy
Cheers Chris

*singing* Jeremiah Johnson made his way into the mountains... Sorry, couldn't resist, I LOVE that movie and this piece just reminds me of the beginning where Johnson is trying to catch the fish in the icy cold stream with his bare hands!!
Looks great. A refreshing idea for a vignette also! Thanks for sharing and keep doing so.
