For the unitiated, a number of years ago, a company called Skybow had a superb range of 1/35th scale softskins. This range was later absorbed into AFV Club's catalog and is still available...

Why did the dollar drop so BADLY !?!?! Thinking, I had a deal thier for a moment, but no, somebody up in heaven saw my life was about to suddenly be great, and he said, "no". .

Lucky the Greenback is gaining ground on the Euro last week it was 1 euro would get you a 1.37 it's now down to 1.30 as of this mornings trading. From the looks of things the shipping from AA is fairly reasonable from the UK ... cheap than shipping from HK. So with shipping and the exchange rate their Skybow models are running arounf $13-$15 not really that bad ... at least we don't have to pay those EU taxes.

Looks like a trip to the post office tomorrow to pick up my kits priced the bigshot in the model shop today £26 and the beep was around the £24 mark ! cant complain for £24 for both inc P&P
