I've suggested to Jim, that we arrange a downloadable badge that people could get, so that We would know one another at the different events. I thought they would be neat if they included: Name (yeah alright but..) rank emblem, and the country flag etc. Any takers?????? I could help pass them out or people could load them, alone

I'd like that Jacko, but I've never visited any international events and I don't think there is a big possibillity that I ever will.... Sometimes I hate living in such a #"$%# place...

Captain,
Jim allready sent me the clipart for the Armorama logo last month for the local show we had here. The badges came out nice. He thought it was a good idea.

Thanks Epi, maybe he can do the same for me? Maki, don't worry, things will get better. At least you can be proud to be the only Croatian member!! (I know not much of a consolation!)

I like the name badge idea - but I'll either wear my Big A polo shirt or the denim shirt instead...

Gunnie,
I've got my big A hat and white polo shirt to sport around in also. #:-) Still would like a name badge though.

Oh yeah - I didn't mean to insinuate I didn't want a name badge!
I'll take two please!

BADGES? WE DON'T NEED NO STINKING BADGES!
#:-) Sorry guys -- I saw Blazing Saddles the other day on cable. #:-)
And, yes, I know this line originally came from the Bogart classic, The Treasure of Sierra Madre.
It really doesn't sound like a bad idea.

Hmm. I always thought that line was from the movie "UHF" with Weird Al Yankovic:
"Badgers? Badgers? We don't need no steenking badgers!!! "
As for th name tag idea. It sounds pretty cool. I'm sure I'll get to a national model event sooner or later. Maybe when IPMS gets back to Chicago...

I very seldom participate in contests anymore, and I'm not a current member of any local club, but over the years I have collected a number of (modeling) club badges, and I sure could go for adding a Big-A badge.
If possible, please count me in!
Thanks,
Kevin Keefe

I would wear one to any shows I go to. Whenever I go to a show or hobby store I always wear my big A hat. I didn't have my name put on it though, Maybe I will order another one with my name. Good idea guys
