Hi, I need options/advice for what available kit trucks would have been used to transport the D7.

Found some trailers from PSP, but unclear if they were pulled by truck/tractors or pulled by prime mover type trucks using dollies.

Found different prime mover truck kits available as well as the Autocar U-7144t tractor. Just not sure of an appropriate combination for the D7 dozer in WWII.
Thanks,
Taylor

Most would have been hauled by normal tank transporter trucks or by trailer combos such as the Diamond T and rogers trailer.

The few pictures I have seen show the Dozer on a seperate trailer and not a semi trailer type rig.

hope that helps

The US Navy used the Mack NO6 as a semi-tractor to haul their Bulldozers in the Pacific Theater.
