Hey Chris! Looking good! I did notice a couple of things you can think about changing.
1.) The tall grass looks a bit stiff sticking streight up, when grass or weeds grow that tall they tend to bend down. Dont you think?
Thats about it! Everything else looks awesome! Keep us posted!

I thought jackhammers carpatian dio looked good without water but then he put water in and it was breathtaking....i expect the same from you. Keep it and try to tone down the colors on the plants a litte with some washes! keep the pics a'comin!

yes ure going very nice along the way . About the tall grass the appear some stiff and some ..alone to my opinion . Would be some bit of strange to have just two points of them appearing in the whole area u represent maybe do some more of them or trim thme down a bit so that they dont distract the viewer from the guy . But ure doing good and i like it . Keep us upgrated .

Hi Chris,
I believe that the water effect technique that I have given you in the other post was for this DIO.
It is going to be a great effect.
I like your figurine, the colors arewell blended in the scenery.
I could suggest that you do a wash with a dark brown on all the dio. This will help the blending of all the plants and terrain. After the wash, I usually use artist oil paint to do some highlight (dry brush, etc.) in some area of the dio.(light green, white, dark yellow, etc.).
I really love the scenery. I wish I was there with your figurine, ...in nature, ....near a river, ..... Right now, I'm in my office at work.... DOH !
Cheers men !
