Well I chose to post this in here because only insane braille scalle diorama builders would think about tackling these small fgures anyway heheheh

Do you know if this preiser set is any good? I've been told that their fallschirmjaeger set is quite weak and it seems to me they were released at the same time...
Finally I found out a good preiser retailer here in Portugal, just have to take care about the overall quality of this particular set if I'm gonna buy it...

Thanks in advance

That looks to be a re-release or repack of their "Luftwaffe Deutsches Reich 1935-45" Art. Nr. 4509 which I've used most of the figures from and found them to be very good. I'll be ordering more.

Francisco - thanks for the link to the feedback. I had seen some of the other figure sets and was wondering if I should pick them up. They appear good enough for my purposes.

Thise figures are ancient but among the best 1/72 scale figures ever! I bought them some 25 years ago. MPC re-popped, very poorly, some of them for inclusion in a series of ground crew Airfix re-releases in the laste 1970. Even poorly copied, they put the Airfix pilot figures to shame.

There is nothing else in that scale for a reasonable price besides the common Revell/Esci/Italeri stuff, it is still the best you'll find. I used this set even for Afrika Korps soldiers. Ever tried Airfix ?

I get preiser figures all the time and I find them to be top notch especially for the scale, not only that they have a great range of accessories as well.

Francisco, re. this shop you mention in Portugal, do they have the 1/35th scale Preiser figures as well? The ones i'm looking for are the new 'Civilians Clearing Rubble' set...Cheers, Jim
