No Stryker kits yet im afraid. I saw some test shots of a resin hull by tiger models ( NOT TMD) some time ago.. No word on a release date AFAIK.

To my knowledge there is not a kit of the Stryker yet. The USMC vehicle that you may be referring to is the LAV. There are a couple of kits out of that vehicle.

Both Esci and Italeri did the LAV series. Esci's kits were not as good and are long out-of-production. They did the LAV-26, LAV-C (command), LAV-TUA.
Italeri did a few more variants including the basic LAV-25, LAV-M (mortar), LAV-ADA, LAV-TUA. Some of these are OOP as well but Italeri brings kits back every so often. Revell of Germany also reboxed the LAV-25 with Desert Storm markings.

I've built the Italeri LAV-25 and thought it was a very nice kit. I can't think of any fit problems. They include a very limited rear interior so you can leave the back doors open.

If this is true, that is great news.

I have been hoping for a Stryker kit for about 18 months now. I understand the problem is that GD will not release the rights for production of such a kit.
This really bums me out, since I was at the GD plant for training in Aug 03 (on the Saudi LAV-AG) and saw the Kiwi LAVs. Neat looking vehicles, and I really want to model one for my son.

Actually I believe that Terry (PMMS) misinterpreted some info from AFV Club website. I personally don't think they are going to release any LAV kits. Take a look at my post on ML for more details: http://www.network54.com/Forum/message?forumid=47209&messageid=1105439219.
But Trumpeter indeed announced one for release this year, so let's hope we will have some alternative to the less-than-perfect Italeri offering soon!
