Hi guys, I've been taking it easy over the holidays, but its time to get back to work. Here's a small vignette of a Polish Tk-3 made by RPM that I just finished. This version was armed with a 20mm cannon that made it on even terms with the German MK II. Unfortunately the Polish had made only about 20 of these before the German invasion.
Let me know what you think

Neat little Vignette, Don. Groundwork looks really good, and I like how you balanced out the scene.
Vehicle looks good, and I like the camo scheme and how you weathered it. I do see a small seamline on the front of the hull, near the gun mantle, but I think it could easily be fixed.
Figure looks rigid in the tankette, like he's on parade. I'm sure WWII Polish tanker figures in ideal poses are hard to find.
Overall nice work, and its always cool seeing something from the Polish Campaign of 1939.
Cheers !!

The groundwork and the tank look excellent. I am a bit scetchy with the figure though. May I ask who made it? You painted the figure well, for the mold only being exceptional. I do agree also, he is in a weird upright pose that a soldier wouldnt usually be in. Especially after a long day of hard fighting. Other than that, it looks very good. Keep up the good work!

Thanks for the kind words guys. I agree about the figure but it was the only 1939 Polish tankette commander I had

Don Nice job with the TK. I have always loved the look of the whole family of TK tanketts. Did the tracks give you any problems?
I have 2 of them on the shelf waiting to go but the tracks scare me LOL.

Thanks again guys. Scott the tracks are a major pain in the you no what Link and length type, small attached to huge sprues and very fragile. Luckily I had several of these old kits around because it took a few extra links out of another kit to replace the ones I destroyed. The rest of the kit is fairly easy. The tracks take up 60%-70% of building time.

Ola Don
Nice little vignette you got here mate.
Well enough is said about the tanker. I like the weathering on the tank and the groundwork looks ok too. The water is a nice touch. I also like the wooden fence and the chicken they all add to the scene and do not look out of place.
My Only suggestion is adding some moss on one side of the pole that holds the Krakow sign and add two rusty nail holes to the sign itself.
Further a wonderfull piece
