I've got some model master acryl paints recently and I'm trying to find out how to thin it to make a wash. Can anyone help? thanks

I NEVER wash with acrylics because they are so hard to thin properly and get good flow. BUT that said use the MM airbrush thinner for acrylics NOT water or windex etc. Same goes for Tamiya use their thinner and you should be able to get better results.

Like John and Bryan, I too do not use acrylics for washes, but if you are intent on it, follow the advice above. Also, add a drop of dishwashing liquid to the wash to reduce surface tension and help the flow of the wash.

a little dishwashign detergent, a little thinner, and a little more future than thinner and everything is perfect for an acrylic wash

I'm with the other guys, oils and enamels for washes. However, I've been using thinned Andrea/Vallejo for shadows on recent figures with good results, but these are not washes, per se.
