Hello,

I was wondering what kind of trailer setup was used to move the stationary Flak 88 gun's that had the fixed base. They had to be moved to the location & moved for maintanence.

Thanks,
Sam

They were moved with two dollies, one to the front with a tow arm and one to the rear. These dollies attached to the crossmembers of the base, and were unhooked when deployed. It was however possible to fire the 88 with the dollies attached, but only with a limited traverse. I''ll try to upload some pic's later.

Cheers
Henk
