I'm looking for a detailed picture of the mount which holds one of the .50 cals on a quad 50 turret. Especially the front part of the mount.

I've got the turret from the M16 halftrack but thinking of replacing the guns.

Thanks,
Paul

Paul, check out Gunny's site where he takes you step-by-step on how he built Nancy, the Vietnam era Quad-50 Duece-and-a -half. He shows detailed photos from a tech manual and the model of the Quad-50 mount.

Nancy

Hope that helps.

I have photos from Ft. Bliss ADA museum on CD of the M16 quad .50, the quad. 50 on it's own little trailer, and a couple of different .50s on different mounts. Also has pictures of bofors 40mm, GMC 2 1/2 ton, jeep, a few different trucks, an 88, M163, M60, M42 and some naval ADA weapons as well as a T-55 for some reason. If anyone in the states wants a copy email me and I'll send a set to you for for the cost of the disc and postage.
