Hi all, here is a shot of the Ferdi, with the camo applied. This will depict a Ferdinand that was supplied to the 653rd from the 654th after they suffered heavy losses. So it has the camo from that unit.. Still need to find out if they recieved new tactical numbers and the recognition panels to the rear..!!
Thanks for looking
Andy....

Looking good so far ...These 654th camo's are really nice ...From what I have read the numbers were changes from solid white to black outline ,but I haven't really dug deeper than that ..If you really need some help I do have the combat history of the 653rd so I might be able to help if you need it ...Let me know what I can do .

Looks good. But i got a question. Why is the sheild on the barrel painted rust when the rest of the Ferdinand is in camo? Wouldnt this give away the position?
Thanks
Matt

Outstanding work on your Jagdpanzer Ferdinand. I have been looking at your progress shots both here on Armorama, and on WW2 Model Maker. Good stuff
Paint chipping looks great, and I really like that Red Oxide Primer gun shield.
Keep sending more pics !!
Cheers !!
