how do i get ride of these? iam using tamiya acrylics and a badger 150 with medium head. should i get a new head?

I used to do the same thing, but I asked around and found out that all you have to do is not push down on the lever hard. It wont spray out as fast or as much.

Yes - I do all my work with the Badger 150 - and I agree. Trigger control is key to preventing overspray. Also, try to keep your needle-tip sharp and the spray tip clean at all times.

Well, not knowing exactly what you are trying to accomplish, or what scale.... a few general rules of thumb:
1. Don't expect a medium head to give to the tight spray pattern that the fine head will.
2. Be prepared for the fine tip to clog more often.
3. Make sure your tip and needle match.
4. Don't lose the little gasket that fits between the head, and the body.
5. Thin more, lower the pressure, get closer, and spray towards the center of your camo pattern.
6. Use masks if needed.
7. Practice... practice...practice...

Reduce your airpressure a little....could be its too high as well.
